Latitude & Longitude
The coordinates (latitude and longitude) of the installation site. These are used to calculate solar position and optimize energy usage.
Declination
The declination angle of the solar panels in degrees. This is the angle between the panel surface and the horizontal plane.
Azimuth
The azimuth angle of the solar panels in degrees. This is the compass direction that the panels face.
- 0°: true north
- 90°: east
- 180°: south
- 270° west
Max Power
The maximum power output of the solar panels in Watts.
Energy Meter
The Energy Meter Device that is connected to the ESS device. (optional)
Host
The IP address or hostname of the Victron ESS device.
Port
The port on which the Victron ESS device is reachable.
Unit ID
The Modbus Unit ID of the Victron ESS device.
Timeout
The timeout in seconds for communication with the Victron ESS device.
Connect Wait
How long to wait after a connection before sending the first request, in seconds.
Power Address
The Modbus address which is used to read the power from the pv device.
Energy Returned Address
The Modbus address which is used to read the total energy generated by the pv device.
